How to Return
RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCESS
Step 1: Rreturns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any request after this time will not qualify.
Step 2: All return requests, including any faults or quality issues, must be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Refund or Exchange (If Exchange please confirm details)
This will notify our returns team who will check the information regarding your request and confirm if this can be accepted or rejected.
Step 3: We will email you the Acceptance result within 2 days of receiving return request.
Step 4: Once your return request is accepted you will need to manually send your return back to the address provided below.

Please ensure that you include the order slip from your purchase inside your returned item. Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All Labels and Tags must be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address. You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (your shipping charge will not be refunded).
Step 5: Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account and only be refunded to the card used to make the purchase online.
